Marie Anne Booth, 82, formerly of Pickens, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019, at the United Hospital Center at Bridgeport.

She was born Nov. 6, 1936, at River, Michigan, a daughter of the late Wilbert and Roselma Omans Olsen.  She was united in marriage on August 13, 1976, to Elmer R. Booth, who survives.

Also surviving are one daughter Sheila of Ohio; one stepdaughter Joyce and husband Rick Morgan of Buckhannon; two stepsons: Steve Booth and wife Cari of Florida and Matt Booth and wife Virginia of Buckhannon; four grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 10 step great grandchildren; and one half brother Ted and wife Betty of Washington.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her stepmother Minnie Olsen and one sister Beverly O’Neill.

The body will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
