Pittsburgh man Ramon Juan Sims Jr., 29, pleaded guilty to a fentanyl distribution conspiracy in North Central West Virginia after police stopped him in Weston with fentanyl and $2,040. A hotel search turned up 3,750 fentanyl stamps; he faces up to 20 years in prison.
