TENNERTON — Third‑quarter play wrapped up Wednesday in the Buckhannon Country Club Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League, with Custom Cabinets cruising to the quarterly title.
Custom Cabinets rolled past Highland Landscaping, 24½–11½, to secure the championship with 95½ points. High Point Construction claimed second place with 90½ points after a 22½–17½ win over First Community Bank.
Hank Ellis Insurance finished third with 86½ points despite falling 21–19 to Lynx WV.
Lisa Cain Edward Jones locked down fourth place with 80½ points following a 19–17 victory over Sunset Graphics, which placed fifth overall at 79½ points.
In the week’s remaining match, Sam’s Pizza and Feola’s Flowers finished deadlocked at 20–20.
Chris Brady of First Community Bank earned Low Actual honors with a 34. He shared Low Net honors at 33 with John Mathias of Sunset Graphics and Chris Critchfield of High Point Construction.
