Wesley Dee “Fuzz” Farrar

Wesley Dee “Fuzz” Farrar, age 84, of Helvetia, died Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Nella’s at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Elkins, WV. He was born on December 5, 1941, at Czar, WV, a son of the late Roy Edward and Eva Cutright Farrar.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Elra Farrar; two sisters, Faye Cutright and Dottie Dukelow; and one nephew, Hollis Butch Farrar.

He is survived by one son, Loren Farrar and wife Susan of French Creek; one daughter, Sonya and husband David Bennett of Buckhannon; two grandchildren, Tia Brooke Maxwell of Morgantown and Brendan David Bennett of Buckhannon; one great-grandchild, Thane River Bennett; two brothers, Loren Bud Farrar of Buckhannon and Hollis D. Farrar of Mill Creek; one sister, Katrina Farrar of Bonita, CA; and three nieces, Kelly Arbogast, Kendra Arbaugh, and Julie Zumstein.

Mr. Farrar enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming.

The body will be cremated. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
