Upshur County Grand Jury returns 44 indictments on Tuesday

An Upshur County Grand Jury returned 44 indictments on Tuesday, according to a press release from the prosecuting attorney’s office.

Anthony Shane Rowan, 48, of Buckhannon, was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony, one count; improper use of evidence of registration, a misdemeanor, one count; and no insurance, a misdemeanor, one count.

Christopher Shane Perry, 50, of Weston, was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony, one count; fleeing by means other than the use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, one count; and driving while license revoked for DUI, second offense, a misdemeanor, one count.

Jerry Lynn Dunlavy, 27, of Clarksburg, was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, one count; entry of a building other than a dwelling, a felony, one count; and destruction of property, a misdemeanor, one count.

Seth Robert Imhoff, 36, of Summersville, was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, one count; entry of building other than a dwelling, a felony, one count; and conspiracy, a felony, one count.

Lucas Jay Ridgeway, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or serious injury, a felony, one count; and possession of a controlled substance, heroin combined with fentanyl, buprenorphine, two counts.

Jessie Lee Demoss, 40, of Buckhannon, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony, two counts, methamphetamine, marihuana.

Dana Marie Fenstermacher, 40, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Medicaid fraud, a felony, four counts.

Jerry Lynn Dunlavy, 27, of Clarksburg, was indicted for possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony, one count; and attempt to escape from custody, a felony, one count.

Joseph Alexander Haislip, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for entry of a building other than a dwelling, a felony, one count.

William Paul White, 44, of Sutton, was indicted for driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony, two counts.

Alex Alexander Arbogast, 23, of Buckhannon, was indicted for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver – heroin in combination with fentanyl, a felony, one count; and possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver – methamphetamine, a felony, one count.

Christopher Michael Carpenter, 44, of Weston, was indicted for shoplifting, third or subsequent offense, a felony, one count.

Zackary Ryan Hellems, 20, of Weston, was indicted for fraudulent use of an access device, a felony, five counts.

Justin Keith Knicely, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted for attempted grand larceny, a felony, one count; and destruction of property, a felony, one count.

McKinley Storm Riffle, 28, of Rock Cave, was indicted for malicious assault, a felony, one count.

Anthony Allen Fisher, 19, of Little Burch, was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle while under the influence of controlled substances, a felony, one count; fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony, one count; possession of stolen goods or other thing of value, a felony, one count; driving under the influence of controlled substances, a misdemeanor, one count; and fleeing by means other than the use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, one count.

Monica Dawn Leigh, 32, of Ellamore, was indicted for entry of a building other than dwelling, a felony, one count; attempted petit larceny, a misdemeanor, one count; and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a misdemeanor, one count.

Andrew David Harris, 25, of Buckhannon, was indicted for forgery, a felony, four counts; and uttering, a felony, four counts.

Jerry Lynn Dunlavy, 27, of Clarksburg, was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, one count; and conspiracy, a felony, one count.

Colton Lee Foster, 29, of Buckhannon, was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony, one count; and fleeing by means other than the use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, one count.

James Robert Fisher, 39, of French Creek, was indicted for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony, one count; fleeing in a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, a felony, one count; fleeing by means other than the use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, one count; possession of a controlled substance -amphetamine/methamphetamine, a misdemeanor, one count; driving under the influence of controlled substances, a misdemeanor, one count; and improper use of evidence of registration, a misdemeanor, one count.

Tavin Allen Hill, 19, of Stockport, Ohio, was indicted for robbery in the first degree, a felony, one count; and conspiracy, a felony, one count.

Peyton Ryan Brooks, 18, of South Park, Pa., was indicted for entry of a building other than a dwelling, a felony, one count; grand larceny, a felony, one count; destruction of property, a felony, one count; and conspiracy, a felony, one count.

Zachary Jules Kelly, 27, of Bridgeville, Pa., was indicted for entry of a building other than a dwelling, a felony, one count; grand larceny, a felony, one count; destruction of property, a felony, one count; and conspiracy, a felony, one count.

Craig Anthony Currence, 41, of Harman, was indicted for shoplifting, third or subsequent offense, a felony, one count.

Randall Wayne White, 44, of Sutton, was indicted for soliciting a minor via computer, a felony, one count; and soliciting a minor via computer and traveling to engage the minor in prohibited sexual activity, a felony, one count.

Tiffany Dawn Daniels, 33, of Beverly, was indicted for shoplifting, third or subsequent offense, a felony, one count.

Phillip Roy Ogden, 35, of Crawford, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, a felony, two counts, methamphetamine, marihuana.

Emery Daryl Cutlip, 33, of Weston, was indicted for child neglect causing serious bodily injury, a felony, one count.

Helene Wodzinski, 62, of Buckhannon, was indicted for child neglect causing serious bodily injury, a felony, one count.

Brittany Renee Wodzinski, 32, of Weston, was indicted for child neglect causing serious bodily injury, a felony, one count.

Emery Daryl Cutlip, 33, of Weston, was indicted for driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony, one count; operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration, a misdemeanor, one count; and no insurance, a misdemeanor, one count.

Susan McDowell Lutz, 39, of Buckhannon, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a felony, two counts.

Kenneth Knight, Jr., 37, of French Creek, was indicted for burglary, a felony, one count; domestic assault, second offense, a misdemeanor, one count; and domestic battery, second offense, a misdemeanor, one count.

Dale Wayne Linger, 37, of Buckhannon, was indicted for burglary, a felony, one count.

Mackenzie Paige Clem, 26, of Ellamore, was indicted for burglary, a felony, one count; conspiracy, a felony, one count; and petit larceny, a misdemeanor, one count.

Dusty Adam Tenney, 29, of French Creek, was indicted for soliciting a minor via computer, a felony, one count; soliciting a minor via computer and traveling to engage the minor in prohibited sexual activity, a felony, one count; use of obscene matter with the intent to seduce a minor, a felony, one count; and cyberbullying or specific acts of electronic harassment of a minor, a misdemeanor, one count.

Brandon Lee Smith, 44, of Marion, S.C., was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, one count.

Eric Matthew Robinson, 40, of Buckhannon, was indicted for obtaining property in return for worthless check, a felony, one count.

Robert Michael Radcliff, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted for use of obscene matter with the intent to seduce a minor, a felony, one count; soliciting a minor via computer, a felony, one count; and soliciting a minor via computer and traveling to engage the minor in prohibited sexual activity, one count.
