Tennis Lady ‘Cats fall in spring opener to West Liberty

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Wesleyan Women’s Tennis team fell to conference foe West Liberty 7-0 in the season opener on Wednesday.

Doubles Action
Cayley Symons and Omolade Aderemi fell in the first doubles match 6-2.

Megan Meyer and Raelyn Vance lost 6-0.

Singles Action
Omolade Aderemi lost 6-2 in both sets.

Cayley Symons was defeated 6-0 and 3-0.

Megan Meyer fell 6-0 in both sets.

Raelyn Vance lost 6-0 and 6-1 to close out the day.

Next Up For The Lady Bobcats
Wesleyan is set to hit the courts again on March 3 against Johnson & Wales.
