Stonewall Resort to host Labor Day weekend fireworks display Aug. 31

Stonewall Resort will host their annual Labor Day Weekend fireworks display over the lake at dark on Sunday, August 31. The event is open to the public with a park entry fee of $10 per vehicle. Additionally, both day- and overnight-guests have access to a wide variety of resort activities and amenities throughout the weekend.

“Labor Day Weekend at Stonewall Resort offers an unforgettable blend of excitement and relaxation for the whole family,” said Andre’ D’Amour, resort general manager. “From scavenger hunts and games on the Bright Star Lawn and hanging out at the pool, to kayaking, paddleboarding, and canoeing on the lake, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Guests will also be treated to a spectacular fireworks display that lights up the night sky, providing a perfect conclusion to a weekend filled with outdoor adventures and memorable moments.

D’Amour said the resort will offer a variety of family-focused activities from Friday, Aug. 29 through Sunday, Aug. 31. All day-guests and overnight visitors can purchase an Outfitters Pass which grants access to recreation equipment rentals, to include kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards. Bikes rentals are also available in the property’s Recreation Center. Guests also have access to much of the property to include the golf course, marina and lake, spa, more than 23 miles of hiking and biking trails. Stillwaters Restaurant, Lightburn’s and TJ Muskies Bar & Grill will be open. Reservations can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.
