Stonewall Resort to host Labor Day Fireworks Dinner Party Sept. 3

Weston, W.Va. – Offering a front-row seat to one of the best Labor Day weekend fireworks displays in the region and a delectable meal featuring Appalachian ingredients, Stonewall Resort will host a Fireworks Dinner party at Lightburn’s Restaurant on Sunday evening, September 3rd.

“We encourage those from near and far to join us for one of the best lakeside fireworks displays in northcentral West Virginia,” said Andre’ D’Amour, resort general manager. “With the special dining event at Lightburn’s Restaurant, guests have all the makings for an enjoyable evening with which to celebrate the end of summer.”

D’Amour noted the Lightburn’s Fireworks Dinner Party combines great food and a breathtaking setting at the highest point of the resort property; perfect to watch the fireworks.  The event begins at 6:30pm on Sunday, evening, September 3rd. Live music will be offered on the Lightburn’s patio by Alex O’Neil from 8pm-11pm. The fireworks show will begin around 9pm.

The evening menu includes grilled New York Strip with Appalachian compound butter, Chicken Caprese, Eggplant Parmesan with house made marinara, penne pasta Shrimp Alfredo and a host of delicious accompaniments, to include sides, salads, and desserts.
