St. Joseph’s Hospital’s COVID-19 testing now open Mondays through Saturdays

BUCKHANNON — St. Joseph’s Hospital will now provide COVID-19 testing Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its testing trailer in front of the hospital.

The trailer will be closed on Sundays. There are two types of testing. The free state testing does not require a physician’s order and you will receive your results in approximately two business days. If you need results more quickly, a provider’s order is required. Rapid testing is not available.

Patients needing testing are asked to go directly to the trailer and not enter the hospital.

If you have questions about COVID-19, call St. Joseph’s Hospital Nurse Triage Line, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon at 304-473-2161.
