St. Joseph’s Hospital recognizes National Patient Access Week in April

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — St. Joseph’s Hospital recognizes its staff who work every day on the front lines of the hospital in providing our patients with excellence in customer service.  Patient Access Week is celebrated this year April 2 through April 8.

Established in 1982, Patient Access Week is a celebration of the people in the Patient Access profession. The date marks the anniversary of the founding of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM), the only national professional organization dedicated to promoting excellence within the field. We recognize our frontline registration staff for their dedication to patient communication, management and patients’ overall experience.
