St. Joseph’s Hospital conducting community health needs assessment

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – St. Joseph’s Hospital is currently conducting its Community Health Needs Assessment.

Provisions in the Affordable Care Act of 2010 require tax-exempt (non-profit) hospitals to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan to address the needs at least every three years. We invite all Upshur County Residents to participate by filling out a survey.

The survey can be accessed by going to www.stj.net and following the link for Community Health Needs Assessment under the Patients and Visitors tab. Hard copies are available at the hospital and physician offices.
