West Virginia is accepting public comments through November 29 on its fiscal year 2027 TANF state plan, which outlines program policies, eligibility and benefits.

The $4 million award adds public funding for Buckhannon’s new $47 million water plant project. The state is also recommending another $3 million in loans and principal forgiveness.
