Nellie Marie Jeffries, age 68, of Buckhannon, WV, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the WVU Medicine United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. She was born April 7, 1956, in Buckhannon, a daughter of Hazel Vaughn Peck and the late Hurlden “Chub” Peck. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Lee Richards.
Nellie is survived by her companion, Ervin Robinson of Buckhannon; one daughter, Kristal Peck of Buckhannon; one son, Robert Richards of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Ashley Frame and husband Collin of French Creek, WV; one grandson, Troy Cooper of Buckhannon; five more grandchildren; two great granddaughters, Kinsley Neal and Kori Frame both of French Creek; one great grandson, Braxton Neal of French Creek; three sisters, Charmin Denton and husband Eric, Dolly Peck and Shelly Howard all of Buckhannon; one brother, Clinton Peck and wife Judy of Buckhannon; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Friday, February 14, 2025, from 11 AM to 12 Noon at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Friday at the funeral home with Pastor J. Edward McDaniels officiating.
