Lisa Cain Edward Jones takes fourth-quarter lead in Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League standings

TENNERTON – Lisa Cain Edward Jones sprinted out to the lead in the first week of the fourth and final quarter of the Buckhannon Country Club Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League.

Lisa Cain Edward Jones downed Sam’s Pizza by a 24-12 score to take first place kicking off the fourth quarter.

Feola’s Flowers beat First Community Bank by a 22 ½-17 ½ score to land in second place while Hank Ellis Insurance cruised past a short-handed High Point Construction team by a 22-10 count to reside in third place.

Sealcoat Concepts defeated Highland Landscaping by a 21-19 score putting them in fourth place while Custom Cabinets is in fifth after earning a 20 ½-19 ½ victory over Baker Tilly.

Five golfers all tied for Low Actual honors as Chad Wilfong of Feola’s Flowers, Chris Brady of Highland Landscaping, Bobby Gompers of Highland Landscaping, John Moss of Sam’s Pizza and Stephen Jeran of Sealcoat Concepts all carded 38s.

Wilfong won Low Net honors with a 31.
