WESTON, W.Va. — Stonewall Resort’s Lightburn’s Restaurant, perched at the golf course clubhouse above Stonewall Jackson Lake, will reopen Thursday, April 16 for its 2026 season.
The restaurant will be open Thursday through Saturday, with dinner service from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made online through Open Table or by calling the resort at 304-269-7400.
This season’s menu blends local inspiration with modern flavors, featuring hand-cut steaks, fresh Appalachian trout, signature burgers and house-made pastas, alongside farm-fresh salads and seasonal cocktails built around regional ingredients.
From its hilltop setting overlooking the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, Lightburn’s offers panoramic views of the lake and the rolling hills. Diners can eat on the outdoor patio or inside the rustic clubhouse.
“Lightburn’s is a true seasonal favorite for guests and locals alike,” said André D’Amour, resort general manager. “From the quality of the cuisine to the views that surround you, dining here captures what makes Stonewall so special.”
