Lightburn’s Restaurant at Stonewall Resort now open year round

Lightburn’s Restaurant at Stonewall Resort in Weston is now open year-round, offering Thursday–Sunday dinners, Sunday brunch, live Friday entertainment, and a regionally inspired menu of handmade dishes and smoked specialties.

Lightburn’s Restaurant, situated atop the highest point at Stonewall Resort, is now welcoming guests throughout the year. The restaurant, which has received Open Table’s Diner’s Choice Award three years in a row, will now open for dinner Thursday through Sunday, from 4-8pm and will serve brunch on Sundays (beginning Oct. 19) from 10am-2pm.

Guests can enjoy not only delicious handmade courses made from the freshest local ingredients but also live entertainment on Friday evenings. With his soulful voice and captivating presence, Lee Dean will set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable night out.

Andre’ D’Amour, general manager at Stonewall Resort, said, “Lightburn’s prides itself on offering a diverse and creative menu focused on regional flavors and handmade meals.”

D’Amour said the menu showcases regionally inspired and thoughtfully crafted plates such as the Halpern’s Grilled Ribeye, a rich 14oz certified Black Angus beef steak topped with crispy cotton onions, paired with Yukon mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Guests can also indulge in the Cherry Smoked Beef Brisket, featuring slow-smoked choice beef enhanced by a cinnamon chipotle seasoning and signature house BBQ. For a twist on surf and turf, the Filet Mignon & Citrus Brown Butter Crab combines tender prime filet with jumbo crab and a bright citrus-infused brown butter. Other guest favorites include Cherry Jalapeño Glazed Half Chicken, marinated with a local cherry jalapeño jam, and the Oak Smoked Pork Shoulder, slow-smoked over hardwood and finished with a hot pepper berry bacon glaze. Most main dishes can be made gluten free upon request.

Whether savoring a special dinner or hosting a memorable holiday celebration, Lightburn’s year-round service and distinctive menu promise an elevated Appalachian experience. Reservations are recommended. For more information or to book, call 304-269-8894 or visit the website at www.StonewallResort.com.
