Jessica Rae Cartrette, 29, of Buckhannon, W.Va. died Monday, November 11, 2019, in Buckhannon.

She was born April 25, 1990, in Loris, S.C., a daughter of Gregory Cartrette of Loris and Anita Cunningham of Pittsburgh, Pa. who survive.

Also surviving are one sister, Danielle Seitz of Buckhannon; two brothers, Brandon Cartrette of Alton, W.Va. and Jeremiah Cartrette of Loris, S.C.; paternal grandmother, Jane Cartrette of Green Sea, S.C.; maternal grandfather, Ralph Cunningham of Alton; nephew, Liam Cartrette of Buckhannon and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Danny Cartrette and maternal grandmother, Mary Cunningham.

In honoring Jessica’s wishes, she will be cremated.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her honor to the Gauley River Boys in care of Sloan Baisden, 140 Hill Crest Drive, Buckhannon, WV, 26201.
