Jeffrey C. Thayer

Jeffrey C. Thayer, age 67, of Clarksburg, WV, died Monday, April 17, 2023, in Clarksburg.

He was born March 31, 1956, in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late Hoy L. and Geneva G. Brown Thayer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Berlin “Bud” Thayer and one sister, Yvonne M. Lawson.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews and his friend Rev. Johnny R. Davis of Clarksburg.

Mr. Thayer was a handyman and a member of the Lions Club.

Friends will be received Friday, April 21, 2023, from 11 AM to 12 Noon at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 12 Noon at the funeral home with the Rev. Johnny R. Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Ellamore, WV.
