TENNERTON – First Community Bank maintained their lead in the Buckhannon Country Club Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League standings this past week after a victory over second place Hank Ellis Insurance.
First Community Bank won by a 23-17 score to hold onto first place with 69 ½ points.
Hank Ellis Insurance dropped all the way to fifth place with 61 ½ points.
Custom Cabinets moved into second place after a 25 ½-14 ½ win over Highland Landscaping as they now have 68 ½ points.
Lisa Cain Edward Jones jumped four spots from seventh place to third place after a dominating 29-11 win over Sam’s Pizza with 64 points.
High Point Construction remained in fourth place with 62 points despite a 20 ½-19 ½ setback to Feola’s Flowers.
Chris Brady of First Community Bank brought home Low Actual honors with a 33 while Jimmy Dean of Hank Ellis Insurance won Low Net honors with a 29.
