Davis Leads WVWC Women’s Golf at Glade Springs

Women’s Golf opened up the 2018 season on Monday at the Glade Springs Intercollegiate Invitational.

The course was no easy task for the Bobcat golfers with the course playing 6100 yards. Wesleyan finished 8th out of 12 teams, but finished third out of the Mountain East Conference schools that competed in the event.

Notable performances for the lady golfers was Becca Davis (86, 81) who tied for 10th in the two day event. Beverly Toothman was another top finisher for the Bobcats as she finished in the 34th.

Women’s Golf will be back in action on September 8th as they travel to Lake Erie for the Michael Corbett Classic.
