Since 1941, the Women of the Church Women United movement have held a vision of Christian unity and prayerful action. CWU was founded as a racially, culturally, theologically, inclusive Christian women’s movement to celebrate unity and diversity and work for peace in the world.

This year CWU will hold the West Virginia State Annual Assembly in Buckhannon. We would like to invite all women to attend. This assembly will be a celebration of our Christian service and outreach to enslaved and impoverished women of the world. Through CWU we have supported many local missions as well as made lasting friendships in each area of service.

Please join us for worship and fellowship Thursday, September 29, 2022, 12:30-4:00 pm at
Seven Day Adventist Church, 1122 Brushy Fork Rd, Buckhannon, WV 26201.
