This week, we showcase a beautiful pre-Civil War home at the site of today’s Citizen’s Bank of West Virginia, at the corner of West Main Street and South Locust Street in Buckhannon. Oct. 3 deadline nears for SBA physical damage loans in Upshur County

West Virginia businesses, nonprofits, homeowners and renters affected by the July 21–22 storms have until Oct. 3 to apply for low-interest SBA physical damage loans. Eligible applicants can borrow for repairs, replacement and storm-mitigation upgrades.
