Buckhannon man arrested Friday for allegedly stealing ATV early this week

BUCKHANNON – An Upshur County man was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing an all-terrain vehicle. Billy Heater, 33, of Buckhannon, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony.
