Key to Adam: A song a day to keep anxiety away

Local music duo Key to Adam has been posting a song a day on all their social media sites since September, and it’s been a big hit!

Key to Adam, comprised of strings musician Kiara Williams and guitarist Adam Moyer, performs instrumental covers of all different genres and styles with the goal of trying to make music for everyone to enjoy and to help with something they are very passionate about — mental health.

They both use music as one of their tools to help with their mental health and advocate for others to as well. Even if you don’t play an instrument, listening to music is a really great way to help your mental state.

Adam Moyer, one half of the musical duo, has a theory.

“It’s the one medicine that works, even if just a little, and has no negative side effects,” he likes to say.

Key to Adam plans to continue the trend indefinitely and is currently doing a “Love Song” themed countdown to Valentine’s Day, so be sure to find those daily tunes on all major social media platforms.

The duo is currently streaming their newest release, “Almost Home,” a religious-themed album on all the popular musical streaming service platforms!

Need something else to look forward to? They will be performing locally on Valentine’s Day at Stonewall Resort for a Romantic Dinner (tickets required) and Sunday February 16 at Stonewall Resort for a Wedding Open House (free admission).

All details for those events can be found on Stonewall Resort’s website.

You can find Key to Adam’s music and schedule by searching “Key to Adam” on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
