Last Call: Vendor deadline approaching for annual Spring Into Art show

Barbara W. Wikoff, 88, of Buckhannon, WV, died at her home on July 30, 2026. She attended Morris Harvey College and is remembered by her surviving family.

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania donated $25,000 to Feed My Sheep to support its operations. The organization has used most of the funds to purchase commercial refrigerators and freezers, as well as other items needed to operate the pantry.

The 2026 Golf and Sporting Clays Classic raised more than $100,000 to support WVU Cancer Institute patients. The money benefits the Live Like Brent Comfort Fund and the Connection 304 Fund.

Christopher Conrad, DO, has been named emergency department director for Vandalia Health Davis Medical Center and Webster Memorial Hospital. The rural healthcare leader will strengthen quality, patient-centered emergency services across the region.
