BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County Commission met Monday morning to finalize the 2024 Primary Election results.

According to Upshur County Clerk Carol Smith, 15 ballots were added during the canvassing process: four absentee and 11 provisional ballots. The additional votes did not change the outcome of any races.
