TENNERTON – In a battle of first place against third place, First Community Bank had a big week taking down last week’s leader Custom Cabinets to jump into first place themselves in the third week of the second quarter in the Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League.

First Community Bank earned an impressive 26 ½–13 ½ win over Custom Cabinets to grab first place with 74 points.

Custom Cabinets dropped to fourth place with a 64 ½ points.

Sam’s Pizza remained in second place, tied with Highland Landscaping, with 66 ½ points despite dropping a 22-18 decision with Hank Ellis Insurance.

Highland Landscaping also has 66 ½ points following a big 27 ½-12 ½ win over Lisa Cain Edward Jones moving up from fifth place.

Sunset Graphics dropped to fifth place from fourth despite a 23-17  victory over High Point Construction.

In the other match of the week, Feola’s Flowers beat Lynx WV by a 22-18 score.

Evan Coffman of Sunset Graphics won Low Actual honors with a 36 while Lane Tenney brought home Low Net honors with a 30.
