BUCKHANNON — Upshur County Community Education Outreach Services (CEOS) is accepting applications for the 2024 Upshur County Junior Belle.
The applicant must be an Upshur County resident, a 4H member and in 3rd or 4th grade. The applicant must be willing to represent Upshur County by attending local events throughout the year and also attending the WV State Folk Festival.
Applications may be picked up at the Upshur County Extension Office at 91 West Main Street, Suite 102, Buckhannon, WV 26201. Or call 304-473-4208. All applications must be returned to the Upshur County Extension Office by the January 11, 2024 deadline.
