TENNERTON – The Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School Little Lady Bucs and Little Bucs downed and tied Taylor County in home soccer action Friday night.
The Little Lady Bucs tied Taylor County by a 1-1 score while the Little Bucs won a 3-1 decision.
For the Little Lady Bucs, they scored in the first half on a goal by Brogan Tenney with the assist going to Bella Nottingham.
Taylor County scored in the second half to make the game, 1-1.

The Little Lady Bucs had a chance to win the game in the final seconds but a shot by Nottingham hit the cross bar and bounced back into the field of play.
Hannah Kelley stopped seven shots for the Little Lady Bucs in net.
The Little Lady Bucs are now 1-1-1 on the year.
For the Little Bucs, they raced out to a 2-1 lead at the break getting first-half goals from Dominic Figueroa and Brody Wright.

Ayden Travise added a second-half goal for the Little Bucs.
Landon Wright stopped seven shots in goal for Buckhannon-Upshur.
The Little Bucs are now 1-1-1 on the season.
Both teams will be back in action Wednesday hosting East Fairmont.
