Community Care’s Addiction Recovery Program offers a comprehensive outpatient treatment program launched in 2019 as part of the behavioral health department to address substance use disorder treatment needs locally.  The addiction program is located at the Community Care Connections Buckhannon location.

In the program, the treatment team works with each patient to determine the level of care needed and a master care plan is developed for treatment which includes a holistic approach addressing chronic care, mental health, addiction treatment, recovery support and social barriers. The program accepts appointments and walk-ins and requires patients to adhere to program guidelines and attend therapy sessions.
