46th Strawberry Festival Quilt Show set for May 15-17

The 46th Strawberry Festival Quilt Show will be held May 15-17 at the Rockefeller Center Gymnasium, featuring quilt displays, a boutique, and a charity quilt raffle benefiting Graciously Giving Through Christ foster closet.

The 46th Strawberry Festival Quilt Show, sponsored by the Quilters at Heart Guild and the Upshur County CEOS, will be held at the Rockefeller Center Gymnasium on the WV Wesleyan College campus.

The days and hours of the show are:

  • Thursday, May 15th from 9:00-6:00
  • Friday, May 16th from 9:00-6:00
  • Saturday, May 17th from 9:00-1:00

If you’d like to display quilt items in the Show, please bring them to the Rockefeller Center Gymnasium, Room 205 on the second floor on Monday, May 12th from 9:00 to 5:00 or Tuesday, May 13th from 9:00 to noon. Registration forms and information about categories will be available soon on the Strawberry Festival website www.wvstrawberryfestival.com, from local quilt shops, or on the Quilters at Heart Facebook page.

Fear of judging? No problem – there’s also a category for unjudged items. Share your beauties going through the judging process.

In addition to the Quilt Show, there will be a Boutique where hand-made items may be purchased, as well as the opportunity to buy raffle tickets for the charity quilt made by Guild members. This year’s recipient of the proceeds from the raffle quilt will be Graciously Giving Through Christ, the foster closet located at the South Buckhannon Mission Church.
