On April 10, 2004 she said “I do” to the love of her life Chad J. Riley. Although there were not enough years, all his memories are now a treasure that Chad will forever keep close to his heart.

Two twin sisters: Terrie Ann and Karrie Noann Duke; paternal grandparents, Richard and Guilda Duke; and maternal grandparents, Patricia and Wayne Gibbons greeted April with loving arms at Heaven’s Gate.

April graduated from Buckhannon-Upshur High School as a member of the class of 1998. She continued her education and obtained a bachelor’s degree in science from Glenville State College. While she enjoyed her time with her children as a homemaker, she spent the past two years working for the Coca-Cola Company.

April adored flowers and especially enjoyed planting them and watching them grow. Her time on this Earth was brief, but April touched many lives and will forever be missed.
