- District 3 – Greg and Pat Kennedy, 109 Fayette Street
- District 4 – Gordon and Karen Baum, 69 Allman Avenue
- District 5 – Ernest and Cathy Cunningham, 45 Thurman Avenue
- Red, White and Blue Yard of the Month – Neva Harsh, 135 Randolph Street
- Business Yard of the Month – The Dance Factory, 107 W. Main Street – Sharing the art of dance in the Buckhannon community for 29 years!
