Paula Cutright, Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and Director of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, has officially graduated as part of the WVHA Leadership Academy Class of 2025. The WVHA Leadership Academy is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the skills and insights necessary to lead in today’s evolving healthcare environment. Participants engage in a yearlong curriculum of workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects that foster personal growth and organizational excellence.

“We are incredibly proud of both Paula and Matthew for their dedication to leadership development,” said Skip Gjolberg, President and CEO of WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital. “Paula’s graduation is a reflection of her commitment to excellence and service.
