More than 7,000 West Virginia University students earned honors during the spring 2020 semester.

A total of 3,866 students were named to the Dean’s List, having earned a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Another 3,162 students were named to the President’s List for earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average.

Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded courses to be eligible for such recognition with no grades of I (incomplete), NR (not reported), or W (withdrawal). Courses completed with a grade of HP, P, S, or X are excluded from the calculation of credit hours for President’s List and Dean’s List.  Before requesting HP/P/F in Spring 2020, students had to acknowledge that the choice of HP/P/F could exclude them from the Dean’s and President’s Lists prior to processing their choice for this grade option.
