William Lee Burdette, 71, of Crescent City, FL and formerly of Rock Cave, WV died on Sunday, July 17, 2022, in Crescent City, FL. He was born August 21, 1950, in Charleston, WV a son of the late Russell and Phyllis Collins Burdette. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents David and Ada Collins.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; one son William Burdette Jr. of Hurricane, WV; one daughter Nicki and husband Joe Utt of Hurricane, WV; stepdaughter Jennifer Buchannon and stepson Scott Buchannon; twenty-one grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; one brother Ray and wife Monica Burdette of Texas.
Mr. Burdette owned and operated Rock Cave Auto for twenty-one years.
The family will receive friends at the Heavner and Cutright Funeral Chapel on Sunday, August 21, 2022, from 1-2 PM, at which time a memorial service will be held with Pastor Rick Cutright officiating.
