West Virginia Strawberry Festival kicks off 80th year with Horse and Carriage Parade

West Virginia’s PSC will hold a public hearing Sept. 28 in Charleston on proposed power generation rules under HB 2014. Those wishing to participate must notify the commission by Sept. 18 and submit materials by Sept. 23.
