West Virginia State Bar announces new officers and members

Charleston, W.Va. — The West Virginia State Bar is pleased to announce new officers and members of the West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors for 2022-2023. New officers are Benjamin M. Mishoe – President; Christopher B. Frost – President-Elect; and Shannon Smith – Vice President.

Newly elected members of the State Bar’s Board of Governors are: Jamison H. Cooper – Bridgeport; Chelsea V. Brown – Morgantown; Anne M. Armstrong – Masontown; and Joseph R. Kinser – Martinsburg.

Newly elected officers of the West Virginia State Bar’s Young Lawyer Section Board are Ashton L. Bias – Chairperson; Lindsey D.C. McIntosh – Chairperson-Elect; and Taylor P. Coplin Secretary.

Newly elected members of the State Bar’s Young Lawyer Section Board are: Bonnie J. Thomas – Bridgeport; R. Mitchell Moore – Morgantown; and Shannon P. Combs – Martinsburg.
