CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) today announced that it has filed one proposed legislative rule change with the Secretary of State’s Office and is inviting public comment on the proposal through July 27.

Members of the public may review the proposed rule online at Pending Rules and are encouraged to submit written comments by email to DNRComments@wv.gov or by mail to:

The proposed legislative rule change includes:

Crites Electrical

Wildlife Disease Management (58CSR69)
The proposed amendment adds definitions to the rule, clarifies feeding and baiting restrictions and carcass restrictions in containment areas.
