Wesleyan’s Stoeffel named to NFCA All-Region Softball Team

BUCKHANNON — West Virginia Wesleyan College pitcher and utility player Kendall Stoffel has been voted to the 2024 NFCA DII All-Region Second Team.

Stoffel was the Lady Bobcats No. 1 pitcher during the 2024 season while also playing first base and right field. Her batting average was second on the team (.383) and she had 20 RBIs on 49 hits and scored 14 runs. On the mound, she had a record of 12-11 and led the team with a 2.14 ERA over 127 innings pitched.

NFCA All-Region and All-American athletes must be nominated by their NFCA-member head coach, are voted for by the coaches in their region or division, and ultimately selected by elected All-American committee members to receive this prestigious accolade. These honorees are in the top 1% of student-athletes competing during the 2024 season.
