Wesleyan track and field add Lynch to coaching staff

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – West Virginia Wesleyan athletics and head coach Kelsey Chambers have announced the hiring of Garret Lynch as an assistant coach. Lynch will specialize in sprints, hurdles and jumps for both men’s and women’s programs.

Lynch ran at Wichita State University, where he put together a decorated career. While at WSU, he was a four-time NCAA First Round Qualifier, four-time Missouri Valley All-Conference selection, and a four-time Missouri Valley Team Champion.

The Parkersburg, W.Va. native graduated from Wichita State in 2017, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
