Virginia Mae Saville

Virginia Mae Saville, 94, of Buckhannon, W.Va., died Friday, December 13, 2019, at her home.

She was born February 11, 1925, in Man, W.Va., a daughter of the late Hobert and Pearle Miller Dodrill.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. L. Curtis Saville of Buckhannon; a daughter, Valerie C. Browning and husband Duane of French Creek, W.Va.; two grandsons, Evan Curtis Vance of Charleston, W.Va. and Nathan Duane Browning of Buckhannon; one great-grandson, Seth Vance of Charleston and two great-granddaughters, Makayla  and Jubilee Vance both of Charleston.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Cindi D. Vance.

Mrs. Saville was a Teacher. She was a graduate of Webster Springs High School and WVWC. She taught school in West Virginia and Maryland.

Friends will be received Monday, December 16, 2019, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home with the Rev. Helen R. Oates and the Rev. Dr. Ellis Conley officiating.

Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
