Upshur County Grand Jury returns 29 indictments Monday afternoon

According to a press release from the Upshur County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, an Upshur County Grand Jury returned 29 indictments during the May term. An indictment is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, the release notes.

Joshua Dewayne Friend, 41, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Grand Larceny, a felony, and Destruction of Property, a felony.

Richard Glen Gordon, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Shoplifting Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, and Conspiracy, a felony.

John Dennis Moore, 53, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (>.15 BAC), a misdemeanor.

Eric Matthew Robinson, 39, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, and Fleeing in a Vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Paul Kenneth Trickett, Jr., 40, of Shinnston, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony.

Ernest Lee McFarlin, 54, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony.

Billy Joe Ours, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Breaking and Entering, Petit Larceny, and Destruction of Property, all felonies.

Billy Joe Keyser, 38, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, and Improper Use of Registration, a misdemeanor.

Gina Marie Jenkins, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Gross Child Neglect Creating a Substantial Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, a felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, Fentanyl, Heroin, and Tramadol, a felony, three counts.

Wilbert Gene Wilson, Jr., 36, of Granville, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony; No Insurance, a misdemeanor; and Improper Use of Registration, a misdemeanor.

John Eric Squires, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony; No Insurance, a misdemeanor; and Improper Use of Registration, a misdemeanor.

Sierra Jo Norman, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Embezzlement and Computer Fraud, both felonies.

Carrol Lee Chapman, Jr., 47, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Receiving or Transferring Stolen Goods, a felony.

Kevin James Cline, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, and Improper Registration, a misdemeanor.

Joselyn Marie Krum, 25, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Child Abuse Creating Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, a felony.

Camron Michael Dean, 32, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Forgery and Uttering, both felonies.

Charles L. Davis, 52, of Martinsburg, was indicted for Medicaid Fraud and Fraudulent Scheme, both felonies.

Henry Lee Hartley, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony; Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor; and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Ricky Paul Mathes, 61, of Rock Cave, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony, and Driving a Motor Vehicle While in an Impaired State, a misdemeanor.

William Allen Henline, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, a felony.

Travis Lane, 33, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Fleeing in a Vehicle with Reckless Indifference to the Safety of Others, a felony; Fleeing in a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, a felony; Gross Child Neglect Creating a Substantial Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, a felony; Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (>.15 BAC), a misdemeanor; Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with an Unemancipated Minor Under the Age of 16, a misdemeanor; and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol 2nd Offense, a misdemeanor.

Crystal Dawn Grey, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Domestic Violence, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, two counts.

Calvin Gene Robinson, 55, of French Creek, was indicted for Receiving or Transferring Stolen Goods, a felony; Improper Use of Registration, a misdemeanor; and No Insurance, a misdemeanor.

Brittany Kathleen Louise Bevins, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Forgery, a felony, two counts, and Uttering, a felony, two counts.

Franklin Lee Tefft, 46, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Alprazolam, Diazepam, a felony, four counts.

Shannon Michael Pritt, 30, of Orlando, W.Va., was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony.

Douglas Keith Bowser, 40, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Driving While License Revoked for DUI, Third or Subsequent Offense, a felony, and Fleeing in a Vehicle, a misdemeanor.

John David Burgess, 36, of Buckhannon, was indicted for Fleeing in a Vehicle with Reckless Indifference to the Safety of Others, a felony, and Obstructing an Officer, a misdemeanor.

William Earl Parker, Jr., 53, of Cheat Lake, W.Va., was indicted for Kidnapping, a felony, and Sexual Assault in the First Degree, a felony, three counts.
