An Upshur County grand jury returned 21 indictments on Monday, May 11, 2026, according to a press release from prosecuting attorney Bryan Hinkle’s office.

Jedadiah Alexander Stump, 39, of French Creek, was indicted for domestic violence, third or subsequent offense, a felony.

Landon William Farrar, 18, of Buckhannon, was indicted for burglary, a felony, and grand larceny, a felony.

Isaiah Hunter Thompson, 25, of Clarksburg, was indicted for possession of a controlled narcotic substance with the intent to deliver, fentanyl, a felony; possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a felony; fleeing in a vehicle while in an impaired state, a felony; fleeing with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony; prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor; fleeing by means other than the use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor; and driving while in an impaired state, a misdemeanor.

Hope Renee Garrison, 38, of Buckhannon, and Zachary James Crawford, 32, of Weston, were indicted for delivery of a controlled substance resulting in death, in exchange for money or other thing of value, a felony; and conspiracy to violate Chapter 60A, Article 4, Section 401 of the West Virginia Code, a felony.

Richard Glen Gordon, 44, of Buckhannon, was indicted for driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony, and shoplifting, second offense, a misdemeanor.

Henry Andrew Cabic, 34, of Buckhannon, was indicted for forgery, a felony, and uttering, a felony.

Thomas D. Thacker, 46, of Buckhannon, was indicted for distribution or sale of a cannabinoid product to a person under the age of 21, a felony, three counts.

Dylan Matthew Streets, 27, of Buckhannon, was indicted for fraudulent use of an access device, a felony, two counts.

Cassandra Suzette Heflin-Rowan, 29, of Buckhannon, was indicted for computer fraud, a felony, three counts, and financial exploitation of an elderly person, a felony, three counts.

Bennie Delmas Jordan, 56, of Buckhannon, was indicted for wanton endangerment involving a firearm, a felony; attempted malicious assault, a felony; being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor; and brandishing, a misdemeanor.

Jacob Wayne Hill, 29, of Buckhannon, was indicted for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a felony, and wanton endangerment involving a firearm, a felony.

Mildred Ann McAtee, 67, of Buckhannon, was indicted for terroristic threats, a felony, and retaliation against a public official, a felony.

Joseph Harold Morrison, 63, of Buckhannon, was indicted for being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm, a felony.

Colten Lee Foster, 32, of Buckhannon, was indicted for entry of a building other than a dwelling, a felony, and attempted grand larceny, a felony.

Larry West Powers, 67, of Rock Cave, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a felony; conspiracy to violate Chapter 60A, Article 4, Section 401 of the West Virginia Code, a felony; and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor, two counts.

Nathaniel Gene Tyson, 21, of Buckhannon, was indicted for sexual assault in the third degree, a felony, four counts.

Craig Allen Stimson, 47, of Elkins, was indicted for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a felony; being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm, a felony; driving while in an impaired state, a misdemeanor; obstructing an officer, a misdemeanor; and fleeing by means other than the use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Jeffrey Clinton Rice, Jr., 50, of Buckhannon, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a felony, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, marijuana, a felony.

Jason Cody Douglas, 39, of Buckhannon, was indicted for burglary, a felony, and grand larceny, a felony.

The press release notes that an indictment is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
