Upcoming in Upshur: Expungement session slated for Jan. 22

BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center, in collaboration with Legal Aid of West Virginia, will offer a free information session to learn about clearing a criminal record.

This is also called “expungement.” The session will take place at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 22, 2025, at the Family Support Center, which is located at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon.
