UniFirst Corporation grabs lead in week two of Men’s Golf League

TENNERTON – UniFirst Corporation took the week two lead in the Buckhannon Country Club Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League standings.

UniFirst Corporation took down the week one leader Baker Tilly by an 18-16 margin to grab first place with 36 ½ points.

Hank Ellis Insurance and Custom Cabinets reside in a second-place tie in week two with 36 points.

Hank Ellis Insurance downed First Community Bank by a 17 ½-14 score and Custom Cabinets beat Feola’s Flowers by an 18 ½-14 ½ count.

Highland Landscaping remained in fourth place despite an 18-17 ½ setback to Sam’s Pizza. They have 35 1/2 points.

In the other outing of the week, Lisa Cain Edward Jones defeated High Point Construction by an 18-14 score.

Owen Bragg of Baker Tilly took Low Actual honors in week two with a 36 while and also claimed Low Net honors with a 31.
