Timothy “Tim” John Stewart, 57, of Buckhannon, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon on Saturday, January 8, 2022.

He was born in Syracuse, NY, on February 25, 1964, a son of the late James Albert and Ruth May Hemenway Stewart. Along with his parents, Tim was greeted at Heaven’s Gate by one brother, James Gilbert Stewart; and one sister, Ellen Christine Duane.

Forever cherishing their memories of Tim’s sassy spirit are his three sisters: Jacqueline Ruth Dinklocker of Buckhannon, Susan Irene Maley and husband, Steve, of Camden, NY, and Betsy Lee Burgess and husband, Norm, of Ocean Isle, NC; one brother, Thomas C. Stewart and wife, Carol, of Liverpool, NY; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Tim attended South Buckhannon Mission Church and day training at Rescare.  He loved to play pool billards in the comfort of his home and enjoyed to go out bowling. Listening to country music was his favorite with artists Tim McGraw and Blake Shelton at the top of the list.

Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of life service at Clutter Funeral and Cremation located at 21 Elnora Circle in Buckhannon at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2022, with Pastor Ed Lowther officiating.
