That’s the ticket: Buy a chance to win a handmade quilt and support the James W. Curry Library

BROOKS HILL — The James W. Curry Library Fundraising Committee is now selling tickets to win a colorful, handmade quilted on display at the Upshur County Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The one-of-a-kind hand-quilted creation is designed for a queen-sized bed and measure approximately 60 inches-by-100 inches.

The quilt may be viewed at the CVB’s downtown office at 14 E. Main Street in downtown Buckhannon. Tickets may be purchased online and cost $1 for one ticket and $5 for six tickets.

The drawing will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 27 at the Brooks Hill Fair in Brooks Hill. Individuals need not be present to win.
