Tennis Lady ‘Cats tumble at home to Cal. (Pa.), 6-1

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Wesleyan Women’s Tennis team lost at home to California (Pa.) this afternoon 6-1. The Lady Bobcats fell to 0-6 with the loss.

Doubles Competition
Cayley Symons and Omolade Aderemi fought hard but fell 7-5 in the first doubles match. Megan Meyer and Raelyn Vance were shutout 6-0 in the second match. Wesleyan forfeited at No. 3

Singles Competition
Omolade Aderemi kicked off singles competition with a win, 6-0 and 6-4.
Cayley Symons battled, losing 7-5 and 6-2.
Megan Meyer fell 6-2 and 6-0.
Raelyn Vance was the last competitor of the day, falling 6-4 and 6-1. Wesleyan forfeited at No. 5 and No. 6.
