Tallmansville man arrested for felony third offense driving while suspended for DUI

Donald Eugene Linger, Jr., 61, of French Creek, died on June 28, 2026, at the home of his daughter, Rebecca Kittle. He was an auto mechanic for over 30 years and enjoyed drawing and spending time outdoors.
